Welcome

Welcome to our old farmhouse. Over the past year I have learned so much history of this house and the people who lived here. Ninety six years of love, loss, hopes and dreams. Preservation continues and there is always a repair to be done. We are trying to be purest in our preservation as much as we possibly can. I hope you follow along and each week I will try to give you a little history of the house as well as the first owners of the house. I've been lucky enough to find a journal from a Granddaughter who talks about the house as well as her Grandparents. So come follow along and learn about this old house as well as the occupants, old and new.

Simple Storage

Just a couple quick photos showing a quick and simple storage ideal I came up with for glasses in my very small dish pantry. And yes, this was here before the wall, I wanted to see if it would work and since it did I took the photo. As I have said in previous post the room is only 6 ft. by 8 ft., so not allot of room especially after we added the cabinet. A simple wire self from Target, I actually had empty after organizing my food pantry. Now it will simply sit on the side and I can stack lots of glassware there. I have a hanging holder for the stemware, so this will make everything so organized in this little room

I am even thinking another one on the other side for chargers and other supplies.

Well that's all for now,
See you soon, for now it's back to work.

I'm so jealous of your new pantry! 6 ft. by 8 ft sounds like heaven to me. I work with maybe 3 by 4! I like the floor color, and the little storage rack worked out great. Don't you love when that happens???? Thank you for coming by and leaving a comment on my blog!
