As you know we have had our house on the market
for the last eight months. But we all need a little change
in our lives even when we are selling, so to add a
little spice to the kitchen and the office area I
removed a couple of cabinet doors. Not knowing if
it was a detail that anyone would like, I carefully
explained that each door was wrapped and stored
away and could be put back into place very easily.
The change was a huge success, everyone loved it said
it really broke up all the wood. This kitchen has thirty two
cabinets, allot of wood!
One of the cabinets in the office area of the kitchen.
Great storage for cookbooks!
Small cabinet over my stove.
If for any reason we end up staying here, I think a
little paint inside would be a plus. What do you think?
But for now we have a closing date of October 11th.
I hope you will join me for a new journey, we will be in
a rental for a few months, until we decide were we want
to buy. It's been really hard to house hunt living in two
different states!
So for now join me at
for Table Top Tuesday.

What a great idea. I love it, and it definitely gives these areas a more open look. Thanks for joining TTT. Hugs, Marty
It turned out great! Congrats on your upcoming closing.

Hi Sandy! I love free changes! It all looks great!
If you want to make impermanent changes to the back of the cabinets, try some foam core, either painted or wrapped in fabric. It will give you the pop you want without the permanence.
I'm your newest follower! :)
Hi Sandy, Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving such kind words.
You must be so busy getting ready for your house to close. It's always an adventure. Great idea with the cabinets. Take care...Linda
